With 17+ years of experience in UX, UI, and product design, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of products and industries. Over the past decade, I’ve contributed as both an individual designer and a team leader, managing and mentoring teams of up to 10 people while building design processes, systems, and strategies from the ground up.
I’m passionate about creating engaging experiences that solve real problems. From establishing design systems and conducting in-depth user research to collaborating with cross-functional teams, my work focuses on delivering user experiences that are practical, functional, and intuitive.

Sr. UX Manager
I led a team of up to 10 direct reports of various levels while overseeing the UX for a portfolio of 10+ products across three major areas: Device Management, IT Security, and Network Security. I facilitated the implementation of UX processes throughout the organization and helped design and implement the Ivanti Design System (IDS) across product lines. Collaborating closely with PMs, customers, and other stakeholders, I drove innovation and enhanced product experiences. I also mentored and supported the growth of many designers, while championing user research and accessibility to ensure more inclusive and user-friendly products.

UX Manager / Sr. UX Designer
I led a team of four direct reports of various levels while overseeing the UX for our main cloud and on-prem product lines. I collaborated with stakeholders to introduce new features and improve product experiences. Additionally, I designed and implemented the MobileIron Design System, standardized the UX process, and championed increased user research to support more informed business decisions. I also defined customer personas to better align product development with user needs.

I led the English localization of our ERP product and mobile solution, defined project roadmaps, and ensured system readiness for a global audience. Additionally, I designed and implemented a design system from the ground up and mentored three junior designers to enhance the user experience.

Lead UI/UX designer
I collaborated with a team of six UI/UX designers, leading web app projects, including the ExMobi development tool. I worked with developers to define UI foundations and standards, led the design for large contracts in healthcare, security, and government, and spearheaded the design of our mobile device management solution.

Co-founded a company with three partners, building websites for small businesses. Served as the UI designer and frontend developer for 20+ projects in a year, while leading customer requirement gathering, design processes, and branding development for clients.
